Hi! I manage the Foodie*ish website. I started this website because I love food. LOVE it. But I'm not a "foodie". I take short-cuts. I break rules. I don't eat fois gras. I (gasp) am on a budget. But I still love creative twists on classics, and inventive and insightful recipe creation. So I started a place for all of the recipe-creators out there who are all about good food without the pretension associated with "real" foodies.
